					<description>Maybe the charity label concern isn't related to recipient perspectives as much as being cautious in the PR so that potential financial partners and community supporters see their involvement as an investment, rather than a donation.  Of course, a donation can also be an investment, but an "investment opportunity" is often easier to promote.</description>
