					<description>It is always good to hear,read and write about these sweet words such as philonthropy, fraternity, humanism and and humanitarianism. But unfortunately to transmitt the essence of these worlds into real practice, has been the most emerging challenge of our present age. The civilized governments and the civilized world have been talking much about these things but as the tragedy has been that at the altar of their own vested interests, they do not practically perform those policies that may truly infuse the spirit of humanity- an ages awaited global world order.</description>
